Slow Rainy End

Well the Christmas Blizzard of 2009 made it's mark in more than one place. From North Dakota all the way over to Wisconsin and down to Texas this storm made it's mark. Over in the Stillwater, MN the storm started out with over 6 inches of snow then it turned over to rain, which melted and now is freezing.
